Comfort and convenience in Milan
The Economy Double Room was impressively spacious and sparkling clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort. Easy access to the metro made exploring Milan a breeze and our short walk into the city center was scenic.
While everything else was great, I did find that our check-in instructions could have been clearer—glad staff were available to help promptly!

The check-in process was smooth after connecting with the hotel manager on WhatsApp. Communication was prompt and helpful, making the arrival easy. The room was spotlessly clean, showcasing lovely decor and comfortable furnishings. Positioned just a minute from tram stops, getting around Milan was hassle-free. I appreciated the nearby dining options, including a Chinese buffet across the street, which was a delightful find at 16 Euros per person. While I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the sofa bed in the room could use better support. I also found that there weren't bedside tables to place personal items, which was a bit inconvenient. The air conditioning could have been more effective, but the open balcony door helped cool the room.

Family with children getaway
The communications before we got there were just top notch, like they were waiting for us. Got to know about transport, recommended some great places to eat, and even let us drop off our bags early! The room was spacious and clean, and the ensuite shower was just what we needed after a day out, oh and the decor? Absolutely loved it! It's like they knew me.
It wasn't exactly the cheapest option out there, but you know, still decent for what we got.

The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from a tram stop. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I had trouble accessing check-in instructions. Plus, the bidet shower was a pleasant surprise for comfort.
The sofa bed was less than ideal, lacking proper support and bedside tables for easy access to my phone.

Perfect spot for Milan vibes!
Had an awesome stay! The room was super cozy and stylish, loved the comfy bed! The staff were super friendly. We were even welcomed with some snacks, which was a nice touch. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes.

I had a comfy and clean room with a handy bidet shower, which was perfect for my needs. Enjoyed some relaxation time at the cozy lounge area and on the lovely terrace to unwind. The only hiccup was the check-in process. I had to wait a bit longer than expected. 😊

the location was great, only a 15 min walk to parco sempione and brera where u can find lots of places to eat and chill. the room was really clean and had all the toiletries we needed, like shampoo and body wash. plus, it was super easy to chat with the hotel manager on whatsapp before we got there. the staff were really friendly and helped with everything. overall, it felt safe and comfortable staying here.
the check-in process was a bit confusing at first since there’s no front desk. also, the room could have used a full-length mirror.

My room was delightful and spotless! A 5-minute walk to the metro made exploring a breeze. It was a nice scenic 40-minute stroll to the city centre.
Those squeaky beds made my midnight snack runs quite the concert! And don't get me started on the AC—it was more of a warm embrace than a cooling system.
